Personal data that we collect
The personal data that we collect from people purchasing merchandise includes your name, email address, telephone number, address and payment method details such as bank or PayPal.
We collect your personal data from you when you complete a purchase via email, social media, over the phone, or in person.
The personal data that we collect from people booking workshops/presentations includes your name and email address, should this be a personal account.
We always ensure that we have a lawful basis for processing the personal data that we collect. In this case the lawful basis for processing your data is to enable us to contact you regarding your purchase or booking.
Your rights in respect of your personal data

We’re committed to using your personal data responsibly and lawfully. Here’s what we do with your personal data

- Use it to contact you regarding your merchandise purchase or workshop/presentation booking
- Your personal data is all stored within the UK using accepted standards of technology and security to protect it.
If there is a change in the way we need to process, or use, your data we will contact you for your consent prior to any amendments being made.

There are only a few occasions where we will share your personal data with a third party.

The data controller collecting your personal data for the purpose of this policy is Alison Thomas.
As data controller, Alison Thomas will make decisions about processing activities. They will exercise overall control of the personal data being processed and is ultimately in charge of and responsible for the processing.
For how long will we keep your personal data
We will hold the data collected on our workshop/presentation booking forms for a year. We will hold the data collected during the merchandise purchasing process until the returns period has been completed. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our systems and shredding any paper copies, should that be how the information was provided to us.
If you would like us to delete your data prior to the timeframes outlined and we don’t have a lawful reason to retain it, you can make a deletion request by emailing us; hello@uniqueandloved.co.uk
How you can access your personal data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data that we hold on you by emailing this request; hello@uniqueandloved.co.uk You can also ask us to make corrections to data you consider to be inaccurate by emailing on the same address.
