I am a humorous, thoughtful, anxious, extrovert who loves to be on the dancefloor. I am a quietly competitive, vegetarian with wrinkles who loves surfing, but am scared of open water.
I love to connect with people and have spent my career supporting and nurturing clients and colleagues across the housing and domestic abuse sectors, earning a reputation for humanity and trustworthiness.
As a confident, engaging speaker, since 2009, and a member of the Professional Speaking Association, I combine powerful storytelling, reassurance, and gentle challenge to create moments that genuinely shift perspective and empower people into meaningful action.
