We collect and process the following information:

• Customer financial information

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You have purchased from Unique & Loved
• You have requested to become receive Unique & Loved newsletters

We use the information that you have given us in order for us to send products purchased to the correct address and contact customers should there be a question or update about their order. We understand that by you making the purchase you are giving us consent to process your personal information.

We also use email addresses to send newsletters about Unique & Loved. We will only do this if you have specifically given your consent to receive them.

You have the right to remove your consent regarding us holding your personal information. Please contact us at hello@uniqueandloved.co.uk to do so.

We may share this information if, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we have a legal obligation, or if we have a legitimate interest such as you breaching the terms of service.

We also hold personal information included in people’s personal stories. This information is given voluntarily with the volunteer understanding that the information will be used on Unique & Loved’s website and social media. This information will only be collected and shared once specific consent has been received.

How long we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information given to us as part of a purchase for 6 years as per the minimum period stated by GDPR. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our systems and shredding any paper copies, should that be how the information was provided to us.

Personal information you have given us regarding being sent Unique & Loved’s newsletter will be kept for the duration of you wanting to be in receipt of the newsletter.
